Unpacking and Settling In

Today's video is a bit different because I'm revisiting some footage from when we first moved to Melbourne. I've been meaning to share this with you all, and finally, here it is!

This vlog captures the whirlwind of emotions and tasks that came with finding out about our move, unpacking our house, and then jumping back into packing orders! It's been quite the journey, and as I was editing, I realised there's so much to share that I'll probably have to break it up into multiple vlogs. But for now, let's dive into the beginning of our Melbourne adventure.

First off, let me introduce you to someone special. Meet Lewie, our adorable new addition to the family! He's a bit camera shy here since we got him after I initially started filming this vlog, but you'll see more of him soon. We're still in the process of introducing him to Peppa, our other furry friend (she's a bunny!). It's been quite the dynamic between them, but we're getting there!

Now, onto the big news: Melbourne! Yes, we're making the move, and it's both nerve-wracking and exciting. My boyfriend's got a new opportunity there, so we're packing up and starting this new chapter together. Have any of you been to Melbourne? It's been a rollercoaster ride of emotions, from the chaos of moving boxes to the joy of setting up our new space. And let me tell you, the view from our new apartment is breathtaking! Each day brings us a little closer to feeling at home in Melbourne. And let's not forget the challenges, like trying to assemble furniture without the right tools—trust me, that's an adventure in itself! And did I mention Melbourne is currently in lockdown?

But despite the chaos, there's something magical about creating a space that truly feels like home. And now, after months of unpacking and organising, our bedroom is finally complete. It's amazing how a few personal touches can transform a space!
